Timothy is a co-founder of The Local Home Team and has been part of the real estate industry since 1987. Tim served as a broker/owner for almost 20 years; having the privilege to view all aspects of the real estate process through one of the largest franchise operations in our local market. Since selling his Century 21 franchise in 2007, he proudly remained a key member of the Century 21 Erie Shores Realty team.
Tim takes pride in evaluating properties for buyers, sellers, and potential investors alike. He applies a detail-oriented approach to the entire process, while continuously looking for ways to elevate his offering to clients. Tim is able to leverage his decades of both industry and professional experience to provide a high level of service to each and every client.
Tim has been fortunate enough to give back to his community by way of coaching both minor baseball and hockey. He has had the pleasure of acting as director for the Windsor-Essex County Real Estate Board and continues to serve on the Professional Standards and Ethics Committees as well as in arbitration of the Real Estate Board. Tim strives relentlessly to improve the image and ethical standards of both himself and fellow realtors.
Tim currently resides in Wheatley along with his wife, Stephany. They enjoy spending time with their children, grandchildren, friends, and family members. They love travelling and can be regularly seen at one of the many local hot spots, enjoying the beauty that is Windsor-Essex County.
