Kristin began her career in the Canadian Capital Markets working as a Marketing Associate at a boutique asset management firm in Toronto. Spending over 5 years working on Bay Street Kristin was able to grow and refine her skillset in arguably one of the most competitive markets in the country.
After returning to Windsor-Essex County, Kristin joined The Local Home Team in July 2018 as Marketing Manager. She was responsible for all promotional and branding initiatives specific to the Team, as well as, developing the marketing strategies behind all listed properties.
It was during this time that she fell in love with the real estate industry and her passion for homes and helping people navigate the market truly unfolded. Kristin took the natural next step and achieved her real estate license. As a newer agent, but no stranger to the industry, Kristin is a full-service REALTOR®, combining her marketing background, love of tech, market knowledge and her enthusiasm for problem-solving.
Born and raised in Southern Ontario Kristin is no stranger to local hotspots and attractions. As an avid foodie, she can regularly be found enjoying the finer things the region has to offer along with family and friends! Kristin currently resides in Kingsville with her husband, Chris and their cat, Bijoux. As a recent first-time home builder and buyer Kristin understands the multitude of emotions that come with the process. She is a world traveller, passionate artist and hobby DIY-er. She loves meeting new people, helping them navigate through the varying stages of homeownership, and building life-long connections!
