Jake began his career with 7 years in the greenhouse manufacturing industry and is all too
familiar what drives Windsor Essex County to be the competitive market that it is.
Understanding that, he is eager, driven and passionate to help many new clients, friends and
family to buy their new homes and navigate them through the process.
Being born in Bolivia, Jake saw the hard work and help it took for his parents to build a new
life in Canada. This instilled a drive and desire in him to help others to be able to do the
same through real estate. Also, having contracted his first home build in 2021, he learned
how crucial it is to put in due diligence in real estate.
Currently residing in Wheatley, Jake enjoys biking through the provincial park with his
wonderful wife, Melissa and likes every aspect of the outdoors whether it be hunting, hiking,
running and trail riding on dirt bikes. Yet, his highlight in life is serving in the church through
teaching Sunday School classes with his wife.
