BEFORE YOU BOOK A SHOWING...
- Contact our Team and we will do everything we can to provide you with the information you need prior to viewing the property in person
- Fully utilize the virtual tour or any available video walk-throughs
- Inquire with our Team to determine if there are any additional documents available (eg. home inspection report)
- Please do not book a showing if you are experiencing cold-like symptoms or have been in contact with someone who has recently tested positive for COVID-19
DURING YOUR SHOWING...
- If available, please use the sanitation wipes/hand sanitizer provided at the entrance
- Wear a protective face mask while viewing the property
- Limit the number of people in the home (5 maximum) at any time and practice social distancing
- We ask that you please use courtesy as you walk through the home
- Please refrain from touching surfaces as much as possible
